It is a phase of monitoring and evaluating the plan implementation, progress to targets, as well as a time where organizations are guided to revise and adjust their processes and strategies at least yearly, if not quarterly, to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.

SStrategic Plan innovation is unique to a2z strategic consulting. This is a very customized process and specific to the culture of each organization. Our teams will work with your teams to devise a highly customized strategy for improving upon the strategic elements that have revealed themselves to be ripe for renewal or revision to give you that unique advantage in your industry.
